2019 Project

The intersection at 61st & Kingston Ave. was becoming dangerous to pull out in traffic due to the trees along 61st.

The HOA set aside funding for trimming of the trees in 2018 and the project was completed in February of 2019.

2017 Past Project

There was a hit and run with one of our Sign Walls at 61st & Kingston Ave. in 2017.

If it was not for the persistence of our HOA board members, the Sign Wall would have never been repaired  in a timely manner and the cost covered.
