LaFortune Park Plaza HOA
The LaFortune Park Plaza HOA is sponsoring the Yard Of The Month program with the purpose of recognize residents who demonstrate above–average efforts in maintaining their property. Thereby they are contributing to the overall appearance of the Neighborhood.
All award winners receive an official Yard of the Month lawn sign, to be placed on their property for the duration of their award month.
Yard of the Month winners must be willing to share photos of their property on our HOA and Next Door website.
For November the Yard of the Month goes to the Rudichuk residence at 5814 S. Lakewood Ave.
The Rudichuk Family has been in our neighborhood for about 20 years. Even for being late in the year for growing things, their yard still looks good.
For October Yard of the Month. This spooky but very well tended home belongs to the Jenkins family at 5325 S. Hudson Pl.
For September Yard of the Month belongs to the Hoppe residence at 5213 Irvington Ave. The home and yard has been meticulously maintained by the same owners for 50 years. Thank you to Hoppe family for helping to keep LPPP the lovely neighborhood it is.
For August Yard of the Month belongs to the Sitler family at 6054 E 55th Street. Residents for 28 years, regular landscaping and home improvements have made it a lovely home.
For July the Yard of the Month award goes to Wayne and Cathy Wittrock, 6148 E 53rd St. It is one of the larger lots In THE LPPHOA and as you can see by the pics, they take great pride in it.
For June the Yard of the Month award goes to Michael and Lindsey Brennan, 5347 S Hudson Pl. They moved to LPPP 4 years ago and have made significant home and landscape improvements. They also put out a rack of tomato plants they seeded for neighbors to pick up for free a few weeks ago.
The HOA would like to thank our nominee for putting in the extra effort in creating a good looking yard.
For April the Yard of the Month award goes to Jim and Dixie Miller at 5258 S Joplin Pl.
